Your Emblem’s Design
For Restoration Emblems, there are no variables-
We match all the specs of the original Emblem and it looks great.
With a Custom Emblem, getting that ”just right” look- can be a challenge…
Over the past 13 years, we have found there are 3 critical elements.
Get these right, and the rest falls into place.
1-PLACEMENT-
Front and center…
You can’t miss Trent’s Signature Emblem (Trent’s Trick Upholstery)
under the clear hood panel on his 2010 Camaro, Stunner.
And then there’s all the more traditional locations listed in our Emblem Design Guide- from very visible, to tucked away and subtle.
2-SIZE-
Yes, it really does matter… and here’s a good way to get it right-
Copy your emblem design in different sizes, cut them out, and tape them to the car.
Go have lunch, come back and take a look.
You’ll be able to narrow it down pretty quickly! There’s a few more tips in the Guide, as well.
3- STYLE-
Listen to your Car… Emblem styles have changed- both over the years and from car to car.
The question is, to keep the factory style of the car’s emblem,
to bring in a totally fresh look and design,
or do something new, in the old style?
There’s help in the Design Guide… and then just listen, and go with your gut, and you’ll get it right.
